Bio

My professional career includes work on National Historic Landmarks such as the United States Supreme Court, in Washington, DC, the Pennsylvania Hospital's Pine Building and the Eastern State Penitentiary, both in Philadelphia, PA. In addition I have collaborated in significant and specialized projects including the condition assessment and exterior masonry restoration of the Payne Whitney Gymnasium at Yale University, the historic window restoration for the William J. Nealon Federal Court Building in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and the master plan for the West Virginia Capitol Campus.

I have provided construction administration services, served as project leader for large-scale preservation projects, and conducted detailed building surveys and conditions assessments for highly specialized projects. I have also been involved in design development and construction administration for both new and historic buildings, as well as master planning and feasibility studies.

I have completed a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. My professional experience extends over a period of ten years as an architectural intern, designer, historic preservation specialist, and exhibits design end engineering.
