West Virginia State Capitol Complex - Master Plan

The West Virginia Capitol Complex Master Plan included the development of a plan that will provide direction for the improvement and growth of the Capitol Complex over the next 20-30 years. The plan addressed a variety of campus issues in a holistic way, taking advantage of the existing assets while addressing the needs of a 21st century capitol campus. Efforts included archival research, information gathering, photographic documentation, existing conditions investigations, programming analysis, and development of campus expansion plan.
